                    Birth Certificate

                    Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

                    Immunization Records

                    Copy of Last Report or Progress Report

                    Complete Registration Form 2007- 2008

                    $ 175.00  Registration Fee.

                             This fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.

                              $100.00 is the  Bingo Fee and  $75.00 is the  Registration Fee

Age Requirement for K1 is 4 years old by September 1

Age Requirement for K2 is 5 years old by September 1

Admission Policy

          St. Mary School admits students regardless of race, creed, color, or national origin. Transfer students must meet the academic requirements for the grade they are entering.

A screening test may be administered and/or an appointment with the principal.
