The
registration fee for new students entering Saint Mary School in
September 2006 will be $175.00.
This fee is non-transferable and
non-refundable. $100.00 is the bingo deposit and $75.00 is the registration fee. This will hold a seat for your child for September 2006
If
you choose not to do your bingo next year, the fee will be $200.00.
There
will be a $75.00 re-registration fee for all students attending St. Mary
School. This fee is non-refundable and
non-transferable.
1.
Tuition deposits, payments, registration fees, and re-registration fees
are all non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.
All
families are required to make the minimum deposit by August 1st. Families wishing to make payments toward
their deposit
may start now so that on August 1st, they
will only need to pay the balance of the deposit.
3.
If
you wish to lower your monthly payments, you may make a larger deposit.
4.
Tuition
payments begin September 20th, and the final payment is due March 20th. Any payments made after March 20th,
must be
paid in cash or money order.
5.
All
families must participate in the mandatory fundraising contract each year. Any
family who owes fundraising money from the
previous year is subject to report cards and/ or
records being held.
6.
As
well as paying the tuition deposit on August 1st, any family that
doesn’t fulfill their mandatory bingo from the previous year must
pay an additional $200.00.
7.
Based upon a student’s registration to Saint Mary School, we contract
teacher and commit to pay other school related expenses. Once a family enrolls their child by paying
the registration fee, space is reserves and full payment of the total tuition
is expected. The obligation for payment
of tuition is therefore unconditional.
Tuition for the full year is due regardless of the reason or timing in
which a student leaves the school.
